Policy:
Customers will have 14 days from the date of shipment of goods to contact
us via phone or e-mail regarding defective or damaged items. Warpzone
Video Games will do our very best to replace the item at the customer’s
request. If an item is out of stock the customer will be give the choice
of backordering the item or receiving a refund. Customers will be given
an RMA number for items that they are would like to return. Upon receiving
the defective, damaged or generally unsatisfactory items, we will ship
a replacement or refund the customer for the cost of the item the very
same day.
If more than 14 days have elapsed from the day of shipment Warpzone Video
Games will no longer be responsible for any damage or defectiveness for
products. Special exceptions may be allowed under extenuating circumstances
and these situations will be taken into consideration by the staff and
ownership of Warpzone Video Games. We strongly recommend contacting us
as soon as possible if you have a problem with a product or service that
we offer, and we suggest you do it within 14 days of placing your order
whenever possible.
